Which personal data do we process?

We offer the possibility to order products and have them delivered to an address specified by you. For our online services we can collect your data in the following ways:

 

Data provided by you

We collect order data such as your (company) name, delivery and billing address, telephone number, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, your e-mail address and payment information when you place an order with us. If necessary, we collect the names and addresses of those for whom the order is intended. We also collect your name and e-mail address if you enter it on the website by registering for our newsletter. If you contact our customer service ([email protected]) we also collect information about you.

 

Data that we collect automatically

We also collect data based on your use of our services and based on your visit(s) to our website. For example, we collect the date and time of your visit to our website, which pages you visit and which web browser you use for this.

 

Why do we process that personal data?

We use your data for various purposes. We use data received from you, but also data collected by ourselves.

 

Order

For your order we use your data to process, produce and deliver the order to the address you choose. We do this in collaboration with online payment service providers and carriers. In addition, we will keep you informed of the progress of the order. We pass on your data to other companies that perform certain services on our behalf.

Examples of this are: a carrier to be able to deliver your order; online payment service providers to process your payment; service providers to be able to send e-mail or other media messages; and providing customer service.

This way you don't have to enter this information every time. We also store information about your previous orders, so that you can easily find them.

 

Fraud

We use customer data to investigate, prevent and combat fraud. If this is required by law, we provide customer information to the government or an investigative body.
